Rehearsal Start and End Times are as follows:
February Rehearsal Hours: 3:45 to 7:00 p.m.
March 3 -13 Rehearsal Hours: 3:45 to 7:30 p.m.
March 17 - March 27 Rehearsal Hours: 3:45 to 8:00 p.m.

*Mandatory Rehearsals/No Conflicts Allowed
Beginning Monday, March 31, 2025. Students must be available from this date forward.*

If you have a conflict on March 31, 2025 or later, you will not be cast.
​
March 31 - April 16 Mandatory Rehearsals
Hours: 3:45 to 9:00 p.m.
​
Easter Vacation: Wednesday, April 16 through Wednesday, April 23 **No Rehearsals**
All students must make plans to ensure their return to Hannon Theatre for rehearsals on Thursday, April 24.

​April 24 - April 25 Mandatory Rehearsals
Hours: 3:45 to 9:00 p.m.
*Note the Friday rehearsal.*

Mandatory Tech Week starts Saturday, April 26

Cast members will be required to attend a scheduled costume fitting. Times will be announced a few weeks ahead of time.

Mandatory Strike: Monday, May 12 and Tuesday, May 13

MORNING Saturday Hours: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (begins September ?)
AFTERNOON Saturday Hours: 1:30pm to 5:30 pm (begins September ?)
AFTER SCHOOL Thursday Hours: 2:30 to 6:00 pm (begins September ?)

RUNNING CREW Mandatory Rehearsals/No Conflicts Allowed:
Beginning Saturday, November 23, 2024, all students on RUNNING CREW must be available from this date forward until STRIKE ends on December 17.
​
Tech Rehearsals begins November 23 -- various times will be shown on Calendar soon.
Performances begin December 10 -- various call and curtain times will be posted soon. Dismissal times may vary considering the length of the show.
